ORDERS

How do I place an order?

Items can be purchased online through our retail website or Shopee store.

If purchasing an item through our retail website: Click on the "Add to Cart" button found on the product page. Once done, open your Shopping Cart to review and "Check Out" your order.  Kindly ensure that you provide us with your complete contact information - name, email address, mobile number and shipping address.

I have placed an order.  What’s next?

After completing the ordering process on our online store, expect to receive an email confirmation from Elves of the Party within 24 hours. This confirmation email will include payment and shipping instructions.

Once payment has been settled, kindly send us a copy of the AUB/BDO/BPI deposit slip as proof of purchase. If we do not receive your payment within 48 hours, we will automatically cancel your order and put the items back on shop inventory.

And once your payment has been verified, your order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.

Regular shipping typically takes 2-7 days if within Metro Manila and 3-15 days if Provincial. If you're in a rush, we suggest to book Grab / Lalamove for same day delivery within Metro Manila.

Shipping and delivery dates aren’t guaranteed. Please consider planning ahead because we have no control on delivery time; and delays are possible, especially during public holidays and heavy sale periods.

What happens if you run out of stock of an item that I’ve already ordered?

In rare cases when an item runs out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to exchange the affected item.  

We make every effort to ensure that our inventory is accurate to avoid this from happening. 

I ordered an item listed as “Pre-Order”. When will it arrive?

Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the product description, as well as in your confirmation email. Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available.

Shipping and delivery dates on these items are not guaranteed, unless otherwise noted. 

While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates, unanticipated production delays for pre-order items do happen. If an item in your order has been affected by a production or import delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change any information (i.e. item, size, quantity or shipping address) once it has been picked-up by the courier.  We also cannot cancel orders after they’ve been shipped.

If you haven’t received any shipping confirmation, we may be able to process an address change or order cancellation. Please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. 

Please note that an order change or cancellation request is not guaranteed until one of our team members has confirmed that your request has been processed.

PAYMENT

How do I pay for my purchases?

You may pay for your purchases via online bank transfer or direct bank deposit to our Asia United Bank (AUB), Banco de Oro (BDO) or Bank of Philippine Island (BPI) account. Alternatively, you may also settle your payment via GCash.

Kindly send us a copy of the deposit slip once payment has been settled. Orders will only be processed and shipped out once payment has been confirmed. 

Turnaround time is 24-48 hours from receipt of payment excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Note: If we do not receive your payment within 48 hours, we will automatically cancel your order and put the items back on shop inventory. 

Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option? 

Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option is not available in the meantime.

If you wish to pay in cash, you may choose to pick-up and pay for your order in our warehouse in Mandaluyong City.  Schedule of warehouse pick-up is from 3-5pm, Tuesdays to Saturdays.  Pick-ups are strictly by appointment.

Please note that we charge a rush fee of PHP100.00 for the same day pick-up. No extra charge if standard next day 3pm pick-up.

Is there a shipping fee? 

Yes, there is a shipping fee.

The cost of shipping will be fully shouldered by the buyer. 

How much is the shipping fee?

For Metro Manila, you can book Grab / Lalamove for the same day delivery.

For Provincial, we ship via JRS Express.

Please note that the actual cost of shipping will depend on the item size / weight and delivery location. The cost of shipping will be fully shouldered by the buyer. 

How quickly can I get my order?

Do you ship to locations outside of Metro Manila? 

We can ship to locations outside of Metro Manila, as well as internationally.  

Varying shipping rates apply for orders outside of Metro Manila.

I need the items immediately. Can I pick-up my order?

Yes, you may pick-up orders from our warehouse in Brgy. Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City. Alternatively, you may book Grab / Lalamove / Mr. Speedy for the same day delivery.  Shipping fee is fully shouldered by the buyer.

Schedule of warehouse pick-up is from 3-5pm, Tuesdays to Saturdays. 

Pick-ups are strictly by appointment.

Please note that we charge an additional rush fee of PHP100.00 for the same day processing and pick-up.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive the tracking information via email as soon as your package ships.  Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us via email elvesoftheparty@gmail.com so that we can better assist you.

What if I don't receive my items on time?

Please choose your preferred shipping method accordingly.  And please ensure that you allow enough time for your orders to arrive.

Elves of the Party will not be liable for deliveries that are refused by receptionists of offices or apartment buildings. Should the items be returned to Elves of the party, the buyer will assume full responsibility for the cost of the return and not hold Elves of the Party liable for any late deliveries and/or additional shipping cost.

How can I follow-up my delayed delivery?

Sorry, we do not have control over deliveries.

For deliveries made via Grab / Lalamove / Mr. Speedy:

Once the item has been picked up from our warehouse, you will receive an SMS with a link to track the delivery status in real-time.  You can also contact the delivery partner by tapping the call button.

For deliveries made via JRS Express:

You may track the status of your order online on JRS Express’ website: https://www.jrs-express.com. Or get in touch with them via these hotline numbers: (02) 8631-7351 to 56 local 217 and 227. 

What is your return policy?

We will only accept return items that are defective. 

All returns must be made within seven (7) days upon receipt of items.

To report a defective item, please send an email to elvesoftheparty@gmail.com so that we can better assist you. If you ship an item back to us for a return without contacting us first, we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed. 

PRODUCTS

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?

At present, Elves of the Party does not have a physical store.  We are an online-based store and orders can be made through our retail website or Shopee store. 

Can I get a different size or color than what is offered in the store?

No.  If a size, color, or other variant doesn’t appear online, it is currently NOT available.

Are the balloons inflated when delivered?

No, we do not provide air or helium for balloons. Balloons are deflated when shipped to you.

Should you wish for the balloons to be inflated with helium, kindly contact a reputable helium filling supplier near you.

Important Tip: Inflate the balloon until most of the creases are gone.  But please note that there will still be creases on the balloon when fully inflated; do not over-inflate to attempt to remove the creases. Over-inflation can rupture the balloon.

Can I reuse foil balloons?

Foil balloons can usually be reused.  However, please bear in mind that they are very delicate.

Use an inflation stick or straw to remove the air or helium out of the balloon; and then fold it flat before storing it in a cool, dry place.

How do I select my costume size? 

Our costume sizes are based on height.  To get an accurate height measurement, please measure from the crown of the head to the soles of the foot.

You may then refer to our size chart (found among the product photos) to get the corresponding costume size. If you are on the heavy side, we recommend that you purchase the bigger size and sew the hems to adjust.

What if the item(s) I ordered arrives and it doesn’t look like the photo on the store?

Items are displayed and described appropriately in the best possible way. 

Due to limitations in photography and difference in lighting and device screen settings, the actual color of the item may vary slightly from that of the photo. And please allow a slight dimension and weight difference due to manual measurement. 

Are you open for partnerships, sponsorships or advertising opportunities?
